ANDRITZ reinforces all its automation solution deliveries with a high level of cybersecurity protection
Founded by leading OT cybersecurity experts, OTORIO’s industry-leading portfolio of solutions ensures continuous digital risk management and compliance with applicable security standards. These solutions are now fully integrated into the ANDRITZ automation portfolio, providing customers with safer machines and a significantly more resilient infrastructure. The main products are:
- OTORIO POINTMT, specially developed for highly interconnected automation solutions. It protects entire networks, automation components and their data against unauthorized access or criminal use so that confidentiality, integrity and availability are guaranteed.
- OTORIO RAM²which protects operating plants to continuously ensure the highest possible level of cybersecurity for the entire production plant throughout its life cycle.
All automation solutions should be continuously assessed for cybersecurity risks throughout their lifecycle, from system design to factory acceptance and delivery, and ending with ongoing operation in the end customer’s factory. For this purpose, ANDRITZ offers all automation solutions with the corresponding IEC and NIST certificates of conformity.
To show and analyze the complete production risk of an entire plant, the patented holistic “Asset Performance Management (APM)” within Metris – ANDRITZ digital solutions combines asset condition, maintenance management and inspection risks with a digital cybersecurity risk to provide an overall production risk KPI solution.
